Dr. Kasa grew up and was trained in Chicago at The University of Illinois affiliated hospitals. He was board certified and practiced Orthopedic Surgery for approximately 30 years.
He retired in 2014 after the death of his daughter due to alcoholic cirrhosis in 2014. After this incident Dr. Kasa decided to retire from practicing medicine altogether.
He comes out of retirement in 2019 to practice Addiction Medicine and is uniquely qualified for this specialty. Not only does he bring incredible knowledge as an Orthopedic Surgeon but also as a father of an alcoholic who paid the ultimate price for her disease.
Dr. Kasa is embarking on a new career in Addiction Medicine but will also perform orthopedic medicine with alternative injection treatments including Prolotherapy and Prolozone.
He is a member of The American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS) and The American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM). He is studying to take his board certification exam in Addiction Medicine.
When he is not practicing medicine, he is playing in a rock and roll band. Dr. Kasa plays the piano and is a vocalist. He is an avid reader and spends any free time with his family.

She completed her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing at Grand Canyon University. Krystal was an ICU nurse for over 10 years, this gave her the unique experience to really connect and bond with her patients, ultimately exceeding her patient's expectations, calm their fears and deliver exceptional medicine.
She is also board certified with the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.
In addition to practicing at Hope Medical Clinic, Krystal is also the owner of Clear Choice Physicians, a private medical practice in Mesa, AZ.

Paul A. Appleby is CEO of Counseling & Consultants Etc. LLC. (CACE), located in Tucson, AZ. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of San Diego, and is a Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor, (LISAC), Recovery Specialist/Consultant, Certified Professional Life Coach(CPLC), and Trauma Informed Care Professional.
As a counselor and consultant for 32 years, he has provided services to individuals, families, communities, educational institutions, businesses and behavioral health agencies, and faith- based organizations. His Teaching/Training, Learning and Coaching (TLC), strategies are designed to:
1. assist client with identifying their own innate and unique skills sets,
2. add to their ability to apply the specialized practical and portable training tools learned in the (TLC) process, and
3. empower them to effectively and efficiently apply the tools daily too produce more productive and successful outcomes in their life.
His professional experience also includes; professional speaker, curriculum development, team building, conference speaker, and community liaison and advocate for the voiceless.
Paul, faithfully serves as a Minister and Spiritual Advisor, however, is also driven by his pledged to “Help others how he himself has been Helped.” His life experience motto is, “I have been there and have done all of that.” And, now through the Grace and Mercy of GOD, and the recovery process, Paul is currently 26 years clean and sober and has transformed his trials and tribulations into a wellness mindset, and program process that promotes living a healthier and holistic wellness lifestyle with a“YES I CAN” Attitude!!
Paul Appleby is available for patients at Hope Medical Clinic, in Casa Grande, Arizona, providing Substance Recovery Therapy via individual and family counseling, and life coaching. He also facilitates groups, including; Holistic Wellness, and Intensive Outpatient groups entitled “ITS LIFE CHANGING TIME!!!” (LCT). Like HOPE Medical Clinic, Paul believes, and stands in the gap for our patients, until they become empowered to believe for themselves; MY LIFE MATTERS.
